Investment Portfolio

Currently my investment portfolio includes a triplex located in Fayetteville, NC. This is my first property and I have used only my capital to invest in the property. This property was of interest to me because of the areas low turnover rates, great cash flows and relatively low barriers to entry.

In the future I plan to continue investing in the North Carolina area as I get more familiar with the areas that have the highest ROI.
